Return Policy
For Refunds:

To receive a refund on your product please send the product and a copy of the invoice to the address below.

Note: We will accept all our products back for a complete refund less a 10% restocking fee, excluding shipping charges, if the product is in it's original packaging and if the products wrapping seal is not broken. If the seal is broken, we will only accept the product back for an exchange. If any items are missing we will not accept the product back for a refund. All refunds will only be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. No further adjustments after 30 days.

Model engines are not returnable. Any claims are a warranty issue that should be directed to the manufacturer.

For Exchanges:

To receive an exchange for your product, please send back your product to the address below with a copy of the invoice. There will be a shipping charge for all exchanges. Please put a note on the invoice specifying which product you will like to replace it with. We will accept any product back for an exchange within 45 days of the invoice date. If the date is past 45 days of the invoice date we will not accept the product back for an exchange.
